Shipping policies
All of our shipping is done through U.S. Postal Service via First Class and Priority shipping. All orders are generally processed within 3-5 *business days*. Business days are Monday through Friday. All packages are mailed after processing time, using First Class/Priority shipping via USPS. U.S. Domestic 3-5 days. Intl. shipping is minimum of 10 days.
There are no rush orders. Great care is taken to ship your new original art safely and in the best way. We cannot answer emails regarding the location/arrival time of shipped packages until 10 days after shipment, due to current USPS delays especially around Holidays.
International shipping:
Please keep in mind your countries customs import tax. Jedidiah Dore is not responsible for these costs. All orders are generally processed within 3-5 *business days*. Business days are Monday through Friday. An email confirmation is sent out as soon as your package is shipped. All packages are mailed after processing time, using Priority International shipping via USPS. Depending on location, international shipping takes anywhere between 10-15 business days *after* the package has been processed and shipped.
Returns/Exchanges:
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged we will ask for the damage to be photographed, mailed back to us and then we will exchange or refund it for the item.
Additional Information:
